Tony had zero experience with all 3 until 11/2019. Now he has 30 days experience with Joomla! and still zero experience with WP and Drupal.

The author and his associates/clients seem to be WP-centric, and WP holds a much larger market-share than the other 2 platforms (combined). But he also wrote this: Joomla Website Tutorial How to build a website, step-by-step tutorial with images (2019) (which Tony should get busy reading).
